Handcrafted, fresh floral syrup. All flowers used are organic, hand picked, and grown at Hummingbird Springs Farm.
All floral syrups are made from making a floral tea, allowing the flowers to steep for at least 24 hours, then straining and adding sugar and in some cases lemon juice, as a preservative. All of our syrups are made with a ratio of 1:1.5 water to sugar, then water bath canned. No artificial ingredients are added.
Please note that the Roselle Hibiscus Jelly also contains ginger, orange, clove, and cinnamon.
