Our pickles are made with fresh fruit, roots, and vegetables grown organically here at Hummingbird Springs Farm. Ingredients commonly include artesian spring water, pickling spice, white or apple cider vinegar. Pickled Radish also includes jalapeño and onion, Rosemary Orange Pickled Pears include fresh Rosemary, organically grown here at Hummingbird Springs farm, and orange peel.
